videoIPO.tv is a new entry into the stock market simulator category from the team behind the HSX. Currently it is running in an open beta mode.

This site is an attempt to pull youtube videos based on popularity and value them based on their market share. Using the HSX virtual specialist this system may be as capacity flawed as the other two running exchanges that use this application in the free realm.
